He watched the people for a moment, then nodded to himself; really, he didn't mind being pointedly ignored. At least, not anymore. Maybe when he was younger.
Giving Harold his moment there of peace, Scotty went back to the dock long enough to make sure his equipment was put somewhere that they'd less likely be stolen, and to pull off his boots, socks and shirt so that at least half of him might be sort of dry later.
Well, he shoulda been working, but after as bad as the past few days were... he could work in an hour, just as well. Then he shoved back off the dock post with his feet, floating on his back under Risa's suns and closing his eyes.
