There were benefits to actually living in more moments than in context; despite still having all kinds of jagged glass lurking around in his chest waiting to come back in some other moment, this one was free. Mercurial, but not always in the worst ways.
And without a whole lot of warning, he grabbed Harold by the arms and pretty much chucked him in the water; he wasn't as powerful outside as his older self, but he had a lot of lean, wiry strength conditioned from Basic.
And once he'd done that, he was laughing. Scotty had a hell of a smile and a hell of a laugh; it was a shame he didn't use either more. "Yer first!"
