While Harold was gone, he'd mostly just sat waiting. Hadn't yet heard back with a time of departure for tomorrow, given his unregistered PADD, and so some part of him could distantly hope maybe they had forgotten about him. The couple days separation from the other Scott had given Scotty some more distant perspective, and he rather hoped the older man had come to his senses and realized that it would be no great loss to leave him here.
Then Harold climbed back down, and Scotty blinked a bit at the variety of items. He'd lost track of time; it had probably taken a couple hours, though.
He eyed the meat pie. "Looks good." Chewing and... well, breathing wasn't going to be any fun, given his face and his side, but starving wasn't an option.
